1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By booking a service with Avanti Car Care, using our website (avanticarcare.com), or engaging with us in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

2. SERVICES

Avanti Car Care provides professional mobile car detailing services throughout Bergen County, New Jersey. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Full Detail (interior and exterior)

• Interior Detail

• Exterior Detail

• Ceramic Coating

• Paint Correction

• Engine Bay Detail

All services are performed at the customer's specified location within our service area. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion.

3. BOOKING AND APPOINTMENTS

Appointments may be booked through our website or by contacting us directly by phone or text. By booking an appointment, you confirm that: • You are the vehicle owner or have authorization from the owner to have the vehicle serviced • The service location is accessible and safe for our team to work • You will provide accurate vehicle and contact information at the time of booking We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to circumstances outside our control. 4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Pricing for all services is provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle upon inspection. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the vehicle condition differs significantly from what was represented at booking. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through our approved payment platforms. Avanti Car Care is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that schedules change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future bookings. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

6. WEATHER POLICY

Avanti Car Care reserves the right to reschedule any appointment if weather conditions are deemed unsuitable to perform the service safely or to the standard our customers expect. This includes but is not limited to heavy rain, strong winds, snow, or extreme temperatures. In the event of a weather-related reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative appointment at no cost to you. We appreciate your understanding as weather conditions in New Jersey can be unpredictable.

7. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE — NO REFUND POLICY

Final Inspection Requirement: Upon completion of service, the customer is required to perform a final inspection of the work and determine whether the results are satisfactory before our technician departs. By accepting the completed service at the time of inspection, the customer acknowledges the work meets the agreed-upon standard. Avanti Car Care will not be obligated to return to address any concerns raised after this final on-site inspection has been conducted. To request a satisfaction redo, contact us by phone or text, or email AvantiCarCare@gmail.com within 24 hours of your service. Claims made after 24 hours of service completion will not be eligible for a redo.

8. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY

Avanti Car Care is fully insured. In the unlikely event that our team causes damage to your vehicle during a service, we will work with you to address the issue through our insurance provider. However, Avanti Car Care is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage, scratches, chips, or defects present before the service

• Items left inside the vehicle during the service

• Damage caused by pre-existing conditions we could not reasonably have known about

• Normal wear and tear revealed by the cleaning process We recommend removing all personal belongings from your vehicle prior to your appointment. Avanti Car Care is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items left in the vehicle. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

9. ASSUMPTION OF RISK — SPECIALTY SERVICES

Certain services offered by Avanti Car Care involve inherent risks due to the nature of the work and the sensitivity of vehicle components. By booking any of the following services, you expressly acknowledge these risks and agree to release Avanti Car Care from liability arising from them:

Engine Bay Detailing

Engine bay detailing involves the application of water, cleaning agents, and compressed air near sensitive mechanical and electrical components. Despite all reasonable precautions, this process carries inherent risks including but not limited to: electrical issues, sensor malfunctions, water intrusion into components, and adverse effects on rubber seals, hoses, or wiring. By booking engine bay detailing, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Avanti Car Care shall not be held liable for any mechanical, electrical, or operational issues that arise following this service, provided the service was performed using standard professional detailing practices.

Paint Correction

Paint correction involves machine polishing that removes a microscopic layer of clear coat. Results depend on the existing condition and thickness of your vehicle's paint. Avanti Car Care is not responsible for paint failure, clear coat separation, or other damage resulting from pre-existing thin, compromised, or previously repaired paint surfaces. A pre-service inspection will be conducted, but underlying conditions may not always be detectable in advance.

Ceramic Coating

Ceramic coating application is a semi-permanent process. Once applied and cured, it cannot be easily removed without paint correction or wet sanding. By booking this service, you acknowledge that you understand the permanent nature of the coating and accept responsibility for ensuring the vehicle is suitable for this treatment. Avanti Car Care is not liable for outcomes resulting from undisclosed prior coatings, paint defects, or customer-applied products already present on the vehicle.

BY BOOKING ANY SPECIALTY SERVICE, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPTED THE RISKS DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION AND AGREE TO HOLD AVANTI CAR CARE HARMLESS FROM ANY RESULTING CLAIMS. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

10. VEHICLE ACCESS AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

By booking our service, you agree to:

• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location

• Remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle

• Disclose any known issues with the vehicle's surfaces or materials prior to service

• Not interfere with our team while they are performing the service Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in rescheduling, partial service, or additional charges.

11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Avanti Car Care does not knowingly collect or retain personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it immediately. 12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avanti Car Care's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question. 14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Bergen County, New Jersey.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
